Director

Stephen has over 15 years’ experience in New Product Development and Innovation, leading NPD functions for some of the UK and Europe’s largest sports nutrition and FMCG brands.

He has headed up NPD and innovation roles across major online sports nutrition businesses including Myprotein, Bulk, Science in Sport, PhD Supplements and Sneak Energy. Stephen has also worked extensively within manufacturing, leading innovation and NPD for a major UK nutrition bar manufacturer.

Stephen is passionate about sports, nutrition and food, and is driven by bringing cutting-edge, category-leading products to market and believes no challenge is too big.

Ian Bide

Project & Innovation Manager

Ian brings over 5 years of hands-on product development experience, with previous roles at Myprotein and Sneak Energy.

During his time in industry, Ian has helped launch over 50 campaigns across more than 150 SKUs, including the successful launch of RTD products into retail featuring bold, great-tasting formulations.

He played a key role in leading NPD at Sneak Energy during a period of rapid growth, delivering endless flavour innovations and new product formats. Known for being a friendly, outgoing and highly collaborative team member, Ian brings creativity and energy to every project.
